Asana is a Yoga Girl who loves to work out, practice yoga and have fun! She lives in Santa Monica, California, where she teaches yoga and fitness with her dog, Nama (...stay!) and all of the AZ I AM Girlz. Asana's story is centered around her love for Yoga and being active. I AM Active!
Asana is the third limb of Yoga, focused on the physical postures, including the exercises which are intended to keep the body fit and aligned.
