The I AM Yogi Twist® Flash Card Set is a wonderfully active and fun way for kids to 1) learn the Hatha Yoga postures and 2) practice positive state awareness.
To play, select a card from the Yogi Deck. After each player successfully identifies the Yoga pose that matches the answer on the back of each Yogi card, they win a chance to select a card from the I AM Deck, indicating a positive emotion or adjective. Then, the fun begins! Watch your child enjoy creative fun while playing and performing a "Laughing Tree" pose, among other fun and inspiring combinations.
